WASHINGTON, July 8 -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a notice called: Termination of the Designation of Honduras for Temporary Protected Status.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 8 by Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security.
Summary: Through this notice, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces that the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) is terminating the designation of Honduras for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The designation of Honduras is set to expire on July 5, 2025.
