WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued a notice called: Termination of the 2021 Designation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 8 by Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security.
Summary: Through this notice, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces that the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) is terminating the 2021 designation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
