Description: The Town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Affordable Housing and Community Connections Department requests bids from qualified Contractors for Restoration Services for its 19 public housing units and one community center located in the South Estes neighborhood. These units were affected by Tropical Storm Chantal.
