Yesterday, Bipartisan Fiscal Forum (BFF) Co-Chairs Bill Huizenga (R-MI) and Scott Peters (D-CA), in addition to Rep. Lloyd Smucker (R-PA), and Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL), led the BFF Steering Committee to introduce the bipartisan House Resolution (H.Res.981) (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-resolution/981/cosponsors?s=2&r=1&q=%7B%22search%22%3A%22huizenga%22%7D) establishing a clear fiscal goal: reducing the federal budget deficit to 3% of gross domestic product (GDP) or lower.
