WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Surface Transportation Board has issued a rule called: Nomenclature Corrections Due to Office Reorganization, Removal of Obsolete References, and Payment Processing Changes.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 3 by Jeffrey Herzig, Clearance Clerk.

Summary: The Surface Transportation Board (Board) recently completed a reorganization in which it combined its two legal offices, the Office of the General Counsel and the Office of Proceedings, to form the Office of Chief Counsel.
