The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is soliciting professional services for the design of a Joint Traffic Management Center (JTMC) to co-locate emergency dispatch personnel and statewide operations staff in a centralized, purpose-built facility at the Alaska State Troopers facility in Fairbanks, Alaska.
