The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide and manage post-conviction sex offender testing (PCSOT) polygraph examinations administered to offenders who are under the jurisdiction of the department and located in various communities and institutions in the State of Alaska.
