Description: The State of South Dakota (State) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide all materials and services necessary to produce an innovative, dynamic, and safe America 250 Independence Day aerial fireworks display at Mount Rushmore National Memorial on July 3, 2026, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals.
