PIERRE, S.D., Nov. 6 -- South Dakota Office of Procurement Management has published an Invitation for Bid (25RFP-SD2025-01) on Nov. 3 for Public Utilities: Water, Sewer and Gas Maintenance and Repair (910-63) and Construction, Highway and Road (913-27).
