SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: PRESIDENTIAL DECLARATION AMENDMENT OF A MAJOR DISASTER FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE ONLY FOR THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA

WASHINGTON, April 8 -- Small Business Administration has issued a notice called: Presidential Declaration Amendment of a Major Disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of West Virginia.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 8 by James Stallings, Associate Administrator, Office of Disaster Recovery & Resilience.

Summary: This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of West Virginia (FEMA-4861-DR), dated March 19, 2025.
