U.S. Senators Maggie Hassan (D-NH) and Joni Ernst (R-IA) are supporting hardworking American families by introducing the Fair Access for Individuals to Receive (FAIR) Leave Act to ensure that married couples employed by the same employer are no longer unfairly limited in the amount of family medical leave they can take.
