Today, Senator Jim Banks (R-Ind.) released a statement following the confirmation of Justin Olson to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Justin Olson is the first judicial nominee in Indiana of the second Trump administration. He was confirmed in the Senate by a vote of 50 to 47.
