Yesterday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), Chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, held a hearing entitled "Defining Our Healthcare Problem, and Principles We Should Follow to Solve It." The four Majority witnesses discussed how Obamacare's structural problems are fueling higher costs and rampant fraud, and they identified the harms they have experienced as a result.
