WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 -- Sen. Ron Johnson issued the following press release:
On Monday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), Chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, wrote to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. requesting records indicating that at least 10 children died "after and because of receiving COVID-19 vaccination."
The requested records are connected to a Nov. 28, 2025 memo reportedly written by Dr. Vinay Prasad, the Chief Medical Officer and Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) Director at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the memo, Dr. Prasad stated, "[f]or the first time, the US FDA will acknowledge that COVID-19 vaccines have killed American children."
