WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a rule called: Extension of Compliance Dates for Electronic Submission of Certain Materials Under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; Amendments Regarding the FOCUS Report.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 10 by Sherry R. Haywood, Assistant Secretary.
