WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Texas Stock Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Adopt Certain Changes to the Governing Documents of the Exchange and Its Parent Company.
