WASHINGTON, Dec. 1 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; National Securities Clearing Corporation; Order Approving of Proposed Rule Change To Amend the CNS Fails Charge in the NSCC Rules.
