WASHINGTON, Aug. 20 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; National Securities Clearing Corporation; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change To Remove the Other Transactions Charge From the NSCC Rules.
