WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; MEMX LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend the Exchange's Fee Schedule To Extend the Sunset Provision Related to the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF).
