WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; MEMX LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend the Exchange's Fee Schedule To Adopt a New Methodology for Assessment and Collection of the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF).
