WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Investors Exchange LLC; Order Approving a Proposed Rule Change, as Modified by Amendment No. 3, To Adopt Rules To Govern the Trading of Options on the Exchange for a New Facility Called IEX Options.
