WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Fixed Income Clearing Corporation; Order Approving Proposed Rule Change To Adopt an Intraday Mark-to-Market Charge at GSD.
