WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.; Order Instituting Proceedings To Determine Whether To Approve or Disapprove a Proposed Rule Change Related to the 2x Long VIX Futures ETF and the -1x Short VIX Futures ETF.
