WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 -- Rural Utilities Service has issued a rule called: OneRD Guarantee Loan Regulation.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 12 by Joseph Gilson, Chief of Staff, Rural Development.
Summary: Rural Development's Rural Business-Cooperative Service, Rural Housing Service, and Rural Utilities Service, agencies of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), collectively referred to as the Agency in this document, published in the Federal Registeron September 30, 2024, a final rule with request for comments.
