Today, Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-01) delivered remarks as she was waived onto the House Rules Committee ahead of consideration of legislation and discussion related to year-round E15. In her emotional remarks, Miller-Meeks highlighted the urgent need to move beyond study and deliver certainty for Iowa farmers and rural communities.
