Robin Kelly (IL-02) introduced the bipartisan and bicameral NIH Clinical Trial Integrity Act (https://robinkelly.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/robinkelly.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/rep-kelly-introduces-nih-clinical-trial-integrity-act.pdf) to increase the diversity of participants in clinical trials funded by the National Institutes of Health.
