Today, Representative Jeff Crank (CO-05) voted in favor of The DUMP Red Tape Act and the Small Business Regulatory Reduction Act which both work to protect Main Street America.
The Destroying Unnecessary, Misaligned, and Prohibitive (DUMP) Red Tape Act gives small businesses a direct line to the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Advocacy to report burdensome regulations that are affecting their businesses.
The Small Business Regulatory Reduction Act requires the SBA to ensure that any new SBA regulations cost small businesses ZERO dollars.
