On Friday, Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D-Los Angeles County) hosted his congressional district's 10th annual Congressional App Challenge reception. Twenty-one students from 13 schools submitted 18 apps for this year's competition. The winner, Agrima Bhutani, is a senior from El Segundo High School and submitted an app entitled "MemoryLane." This app is a comprehensive memory care companion designed for elderly individuals living with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
