WASHINGTON, June 23 -- Railroad Retirement Board has issued a rule called: Plan of Operation During a National Emergency; Delegations of Authority and Lines of Succession.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 23 by Stephanie Hillyard, Secretary to the Board.
Summary: The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) amends its regulations to update delegations of authority to act in the event of a national emergency and remove references to obsolete and disestablished titles.
