WASHINGTON, Dec. 30 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: Shape-Based Labeling Lists.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 30 by Colleen Hibbert-Kapler, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.
Summary: The Postal Service (USPS(R)) is amending Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) in various sections to implement shape-based labeling lists for SCF letters, flats, and parcels.
