POSTAL SERVICE ISSUES RULE: RULES OF PRACTICE BEFORE THE POSTAL SERVICE BOARD OF CONTRACT APPEALS

WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: Rules of Practice Before the Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 18 by Kevin Rayburn, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.

Summary: This document amends the rules of practice that govern all proceedings before the Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals (Board), for ease of understanding and to reflect current practice.
