WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: Priority Mail Express Service Standard.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 1 by Colleen Hibbert-Kapler, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.
Summary: The Postal Service is amending Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) in various sections to refine the service standard for domestic retail and commercial Priority Mail Express(R) delivery service.
