WASHINGTON, June 10 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: New Mailing Standards for Domestic Mailing Services Products.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Colleen Hibbert-Kapler, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.
Summary: On April 9, 2025, the Postal Service (USPS(R)) filed a notice of mailing services price adjustments with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC), effective July 13, 2025. This final rule contains the revisions to Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM(R)) to implement the changes coincident with the price adjustments and other DMM changes.
