POSTAL SERVICE ISSUES RULE: MANIFEST MAILING SYSTEM RETIRED

WASHINGTON, Nov. 10 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: Manifest Mailing System Retired.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 10 by Kevin Rayburn, Attorney, Ethics & Legal Compliance.

Summary: The Postal Service is amending Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) subsection 703.2.0 to retire the manifest mailing system (MMS).
