WASHINGTON, Nov. 25 -- Postal Service has issued a rule called: Discontinuation of International Surface Air Lift.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 25 by Daria Valan, Attorney, Ethics and Legal Compliance.

Summary: The Postal Service is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM(R)), and Notice 123, Price List, to terminate International Surface Air Lift (ISAL) service as established by the Governors of the United States Postal Service.
