The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 26 by Kevin Rayburn, Attorney, Ethics & Legal Compliance.
Summary: The Postal Service is proposing to amend Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) subsection 609.1.4 to change the claims filing date for insured mail.
