POSTAL SERVICE ISSUES NOTICE: PRODUCT CHANGE-PRIORITY MAIL, AND USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE NEGOTIATED SERVICE AGREEMENTS; PRIORITY MAIL NEGOTIATED SERVICE AGREEMENTS

WASHINGTON, July 2 -- Postal Service has issued a notice called: Product Change-Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage Negotiated Service Agreements; Priority Mail Negotiated Service Agreements.
