POSTAL REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: STREAMLINED OPTION RULEMAKING-FULFILLMENT-NON-PUBLISHED RATES NEGOTIATED SERVICE AGREEMENTS

WASHINGTON, March 10 -- Postal Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Streamlined Option Rulemaking-Fulfillment-Non-Published Rates Negotiated Service Agreements.
