POSTAL REGULATORY COMMISSION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: SERVICE PERFORMANCE REPORTING

WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Postal Regulatory Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Service Performance Reporting.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 18 by Erica A. Barker, Secretary.

Summary: The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking proposes revisions to update the existing annual service performance reporting requirements for the Postal Service's Market Dominant products. The proposed revisions are based on both recent legal developments and the Commission's experience with the existing rules.
