WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Pipeline Safety: Standards Update-API RP 1170 and API RP 1171.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 2 by Benjamin D. Kochman, Deputy Administrator.
Summary: PHMSA is confirming the effective date for the DFR that appeared in the Federal Registeron July 1, 2025.
