WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Hazardous Materials: Reducing Costs to Domestic Shippers and Carriers of Limited Quantities.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Benjamin D. Kochman, Acting Administrator.
Summary: This NPRM proposes to remove undue regulatory burdens by allowing for a reduced sized marking for limited quantity shipments of hazardous materials.
