WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Hazardous Materials: Reducing Burdens on Domestic Aerosol Shippers.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Benjamin D. Kochman, Acting Administrator.
Summary: This NPRM proposes to update the definition of an aerosol to eliminate unnecessary regulatory burdens and maintain consistency with current international transportation standards.
