WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Hazardous Materials: Modernizing Regulations To Facilitate Transportation of Hazardous Materials Using Highly Automated Transportation Systems.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 4 by William A. Quade, Acting Associate Administrator for Hazardous Materials Safety, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
