WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Hazardous Materials: Harmonization With International Standards.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 10 by Benjamin D. Kochman, Deputy Administrator, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
