WASHINGTON, July 1 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Hazardous Materials: Adoption of Department of Transportation Special Permit 21379.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 1 by Benjamin D. Kochman, Acting Administrator.
Summary: This NPRM proposes to adopt the provisions of DOT special permit (SP) 21379 into the hazardous materials regulations to streamline the transportation of large refrigerating machines filled with flammable gases.
