WASHINGTON, March 25 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Pipeline Safety: Pipeline Safety Management System.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 25 by Linda Daugherty, Acting Associate Administrator for Pipeline Safety.
Summary: PHMSA is issuing this advisory bulletin to promote the implementation of a pipeline safety management system (PSMS) by regulated pipeline owners and operators.
