WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Pipeline Safety: Minimum Random Drug Testing Rate for Calendar Year 2026.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 9 by Linda Daugherty, Acting Associate Administrator for Pipeline Safety.
Summary: PHMSA has determined that the minimum annual percentage rate for random drug testing for covered employees will be 50 percent during calendar year (CY) 2026.
