WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Hazardous Materials: Request for Feedback on Determining the Effectiveness of Pressure Relief Devices (PRDs) on Composite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs).
