Atlanta, Feb. 3 -- PICKENS COUNTY GOVERNMENT has issued a solicitation notice (PE-77197-NONST-2026-000000010) titled ‘2026 LMIG SPLOST ROADS ASPHALT PAVING PROJECT’. Notably, the event starts on Feb. 2 and ends on March 12.
Further, the description states, “This project will be funded with 2026 LMIG and SPLOST funds. Construction
includes asphalt milling, patching, resurfacing, and striping on Big Ridge Road
South, Big Ridge Road North, Hood Road, Camp Road, Gennett Court, and Camp
Road West. Additional roads could be added/replaced at the County¿s discretion.
The work will include approximately 165,907 SY of Asphalt Paving using
