Yesterday, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) visited Dothan, where he attended the groundbreaking of the new auditorium at the Wiregrass Public Safety Center (WPSC) and spoke to the Fort Rucker-Wiregrass chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA).
Sen. Tuberville helped secure nearly $8 million for the auditorium at the Wiregrass Public Safety Center in the FY2024 appropriations package. Yesterday, City of Dothan officials announced that they will be naming the auditorium in honor of Sen. Tuberville's father and World War II Veteran, Charles R.
